Customer Service Parking Evaluator
Full Time • Concord, MA
Data Quest LTD is recruiting for individuals, to act as mystery shoppers, to randomly evaluate valet locations at a hospital in Concord MA. Evaluations are conducted according to special dates and times in an effort to evaluate as many different employees as possible each month. We conduct these evaluations to ensure that the valet area is well maintained, proper customer service is provided to patrons and that their employees are handling patrons cash payments in an ethical manner. Full reimbursement to complete a valet parking evaluation is included, plus each audit pay's a flat rate of $25 for it's completion.
These are Independent contractor opportunities, great for someone retired, in school, or that is looking for some additional income. Vehicle required. Typically these valet audits take place weekdays between 9AM- 1PM. You would only need to stay valet parked for 45 minutes, and there is a short survey with your findings to submit after any audit.
